CII R03 Exam: Personal Taxation
The CII’s R03 is one of the core units of the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. It is a 1-hour multiple-choice exam with 50 questions and has a nominal pass mark of 65%.
The exam syllabus covers the structure of the tax system in the UK; understanding the taxes relevant to individuals and trusts; calculating tax liabilities; taxation of investments; personal taxation in the provision of investment advice.
