CII IF2 Exam: General Insurance Business

The CII’s IF2 exam focuses on basic insurance products and practice, and forms part of Certificate in Insurance. It is a 2-hour multiple choice question paper consisting of 100 questions, with a nominal pass mark of 70%.

The exam syllabus covers insurance products and associated services; underwriting and policy wordings; claims, information and communication technology; security, confidential information and data protection; customer service; and principles of premium calculation.
