CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
What is the purpose of this Diploma?
This is the benchmark qualification for advising on retail investment products. This Diploma is a RQF level 4 qualification which meets the FCA’s requirements for those who wish to work as a financial advisor (subject to other regulatory requirements). It is also suitable for those working in a supporting or technical role who wish to increase their knowledge of the financial advice process, the financial services markets and its regulation and ethics plus a wide range of technical areas including investments, taxation, pensions and financial protection.
Upon achieving the qualification, you can use the designation DipPFS if you are a member of the PFS.
What do I need to do to achieve this Diploma?
To pass the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning you must pass six compulsory units. These are:
