CII Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice
What is the purpose of this Certificate?
The Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice is a RQF level 4 qualification enabling mortgage advisers to develop their advice capabilities to the highest level. This qualification is also useful for those working in a mortgage support role or technical mortgage role who wish to deal with more complex mortgage products and client scenarios.
If you are a CII member and a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals (SMP), you can use the designation Cert SMP after achieving the qualification.
What do I need to do to achieve this Certificate?
To achieve the CII Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice you must pass three units. These are:
