CII Certificate in Financial Services
What is the purpose of this Certificate?
The CII Certificate in Financial Services is a RQF level 3 qualification which offers two targeted learning routes:
The General route, which develops understanding of the financial services industry in general including regulation and ethics, customer needs solutions and products. This route may be suitable for those working in advisory support roles and techncial support roles.
The Life and Pensions route focuses on understanding of customer service, customer needs, solutions and products and is useful for back office staff working in life, pensions and long-term savings.
If you are a CII member you can use the designation Cert CII (FS) after achieving the general route, or Cert CII (Life and Pensions) after completing the Life and Pensions route.
What do I need to do to achieve this Certificate?
To achieve the CII Certificate in Financial Services, there are two routes to completion, each requiring the following units to be passed :
