CII Certificate in Equity Release
What is the purpose of this Certificate?
The CII Certificate in Equity Release is an RQF level 3 qualification focusing on equity release products, regulation and customer needs.
The qualification meets the FCA’s requirement for advising on mortgages and equity release schemes. It is also useful for those individuals working in a supporting role in these markets.
If you are a CII member and a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals (SMP), you can use the designation Cert CII (MP & ER).
What do I need to do to achieve this Certificate?
Three units are required to achieve the CII Certificate in Equity Release. These are:
