CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice
What is the purpose of this Certificate?
The CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice is a RQF level 3 qualification. The Certificate meets the FCA’s requirement for mortgage advisers. It is also useful for those working in a supporting role who wish to increase their knowledge of the financial services industry, its regulation and ethics, mortgage products and the mortgage advice process.
If you are a CII member and a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals (SMP), you can use the designation Cert CII (MP) after achieving the qualification.
What do I need to do to achieve this Certificate?
To achieve the CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice you must pass two units. These are:
