Our vision is to be the most trusted provider of high-quality CII exam resources whilst fostering professional excellence and social responsibility. This means that we are constantly seeking new ways to make sure we are leaving the planet a better place than we found it, and limiting the damage done by our business existing.
Giving Back
As a business, we think giving something back is important, and that’s why we have initiatives running every year to support chosen charities. This involves making a one-off large Christmas donation to a charity chosen by our customers, as well as a monthly regular donation throughout the year, to our ‘Charity of the Year’.
2024’s Christmas donation went to Mind, as chosen by our customers in November 2024.
Mind are a UK-based mental health charity who offer support for those suffering from mental health issues, stand up to mental health injustices, and bring together networks of people who want to make a difference. You can read more about Mind and the fantastic work they do on their website.
2025’s Charity of the Year is The Clothing Bank
They are a UK charity providing free essential clothing to people in need. Their work helps individuals and families facing hardship – including those who are homeless, in shelters, or in vulnerable situations – by supplying everyday clothing, school uniforms, workwear, shoes, and bags across Yorkshire and beyond. Offsetting Our Impact
By offering resources as PDFs, we know that a lot of customers choose these products so that they can print them. The benefit of this is being able to make notes and highlights on a hard copy document, which is much more difficult when working from an online version. This does however have an environmental impact, which is why we are working to partner with a charity who offers to plant a tree for every order. This is to help offset the damage done through printing our resources, as well as our carbon footprint, by replacing a tree somewhere else in the world.
