  • "Brand are my 'go to' company for providing exam resources. In the past 18 months I've sat (and passed) 12 CII exams and I know I wouldn't have been as successful without the mock papers, calculation workbooks and analysis I've purchased from Brand Financial Training. Thank you!"

  • I have passed R06 using only the 'Brand' material for revision.  A lot of similar questions came up.  I learnt the model answers verbatim, which helped I think gain near maximum marks on similar questions.

  • "Your AF5 analysis would stand anyone in very good stead for passing the exam providing them with a refresher for the key points tested.  Of course, you don't know exactly what will come up, or the tack/slant the question will take, but your analysis coupled with some general revision on the key areas highlighted will have helped anyone tremendously."

  • “The hard work needed to get through exams is paying off. Many more advisers have been inspired to learn and work hard. My old boss told me once – we don’t sell widgets – we sell knowledge, trust and confidence. Knowledge is a key component - the trust equation is a whole different subject, but many more advisers have been on a learning journey that is sure to continue - and the stats prove it. Well done to everyone at Brand for supporting them on that journey."

  • "Your analysis was extremely accurate when predicting the questions. It was presented in a clear and easy way to digest, providing valuable tips on how to answer questions efficiently and effectively. I finished with half hour to spare, which left plenty of time to check my answers which left me feeling quietly confident of a pass. I will be recommending your solutions to other colleagues."

  • "Having been recommended to you guys via our link to Paradigm, I noticed that you did an analysis of the RO6 exam questions, which having done some reading prior to taking the exam, I thought I'd take the hit and check it out. Having worked my way through all of the RO's previously, I wanted to ensure that I had the best possible preparation to enable me to pass RO6 first time and get my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. All in all, I was impressed with how close the predicted questions were to those in the actual exam and this, in turn, meant that I was well prepared to back up my own personal knowledge for the exam, and your customer service support has also been very helpful. The resources were cost effective as well - a small price to pay to achieve the first milestone in my career qualifications! I would happily recommend Brand to others who are looking for materials to help them with their ongoing qualifications and I will definitely continue to make use of your resources as I work towards achieving Chartered status."

Why an ‘Analysis’ and not a ‘Solution’?

Some providers refer to their analysis of the R06 case studies as a ‘solution’. We decided not to call our analysis a ‘solution’ simply because it’s impossible to provide a solution when you don’t know what the exam questions are going to be – and no-one knows that until exam day!

We didn’t want to mislead and therefore we decided to call this resource an analysis – our experts tell you what they expect to come up in the exam based on their expert analysis of the case studies. This analysis provides the likely questions and answers required based on the case studies.

How will the full case study analysis of the actual exam paper help me to pass?

Passing R06 isn’t only about having the necessary knowledge and understanding, it’s about being able to apply that knowledge exactly as needed and in a timely manner.

It is essential that you have fully prepared for the exam and are ready to answer questions relating to the case studies. If you go into the exam unprepared, you will lose vital time and marks. Our full case study analysis covers the areas that you are likely to see in the exam. However other questions may be asked, and we strongly advise you to think around other potential areas of questioning.
